David Zwillinger is DESRI’s Chief Executive Officer, which he co-founded in 2010. David previously was a Managing Director at the D. E. Shaw Group, which he joined in 2005. David was previously an Associate at J.P. Morgan Partners, LLC.

Stephen Jones has been DESRI's Chief Operating Officer since 2024. He brings nearly 25 years of leadership experience in the renewable energy industry. Prior to DESRI, Stephen served as President, Renewables at Primoris Services Corporation, where he led growth across the portfolio, scaling the renewable EPC business into a multi-billion-dollar platform. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Primoris and Blattner Energy, overseeing nationwide EPC operations and advancing the development of wind, solar, and energy storage projects.

Stan Krutonogiy is DESRI’s Chief Financial Officer and has been with the firm since 2018. Stan oversees the firm’s overall financial health, including financial strategy, financial operations, liquidity and financings, capital allocations and risk management. Prior to DESRI, Stan spent more than 20 years serving in various financial roles at Citigroup, with his last position as Director and Co-Head of the Alternative Energy Finance Utility Scale business.

Manhal is also an inventor with multiple patents, reflecting his dedication to innovation and problem-solving in the renewable energy and technology sectors.
