David is the CEO of DESRI, which he co-founded in 2010. He previously was a Managing Director of D.E. Shaw group, an Associate at J.P. Morgan Partners.

Tom is DESRI's President and has been with the firm since its inception in 2010. He works across financing, acquisitions and dispositions, late-stage development, and special projects.

Manhal is the CTO at DESRI, driving innovation and technical leadership for over seven years. Previously, he held executive positions in the solar PV and semiconductor industries and is an inventor with multiple patents.

Stephen joined DESRI as COO and has led the firm's operational platform since 2024, bringing nearly 25 years of renewable energy leadership. Previously, he served as Segment President, Renewables at Primoris Services Corporation.

Stan joined DESRI in 2018 as CFO. He oversees the firm's financial health, including financial strategy, operations, liquidity, capital allocations, and risk management. Prior to DESRI, Stan spent 20+ years at Citigroup, last as Director and Co-Head of Alternative Energy Finance.

Hy joined DESRI in 2016 and has served as CDO since 2019, leading development of DESRI's energy infrastructure portfolio across the U.S. Previously, he held positions at SunEdison, NRG Energy, and the U.S. Department of Treasury.

R.C. manages all legal, regulatory, and administrative functions at DESRI.

Bob is CSO at DESRI, where he has played a key leadership role since joining in 2015. He focuses on advancing long-term strategic objectives, including project and offtake origination, JV partnerships, and M&A. Prior to DESRI, he worked at GE Capital, Energy Financial Services from 2011 to 2015.
